About Hap Klopp:
Hap is the Founder of The North Face from Canterbury of New Zealand, and served as the CEO for 25 years. Currently he is an Operating Partner and Advisor at VO2 Partners. He believes strongly in pushing your own personal values into your brand and what you stand for. His philosophy is to always serve the customer and know who the influencers are. If there was demand for a special kind of water bottle or camping gear, The North Face was quick to jump on the problem and create a product to cater to the needs of the customers. He published two books and currently serves on various boards, helping better companies and spreading motivation.
About Walker Jacobs:
In 2015, Walker was offered a position as the COO of Wikia, which he happily accepted. He has almost 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and product innovation from companies such as Clear Channel Outdoor and the cable television division of Time Warner, Turner Broadcasting System, where he led Turner Digital as Executive VP and oversaw all digital sales efforts, as well as integrated marketing solutions. In all his positions, Walker managed to expand the community, marketing reach, and revenue for his companies. AdWeek Media named Walker as the magazine’s “20 To Watch” in 2010, Executive of the Year by the Digital Leadership Academy, and many other honors.
